Since the wicked Septimus and his assistant were exiled from Dragon Hill, life has been peaceful and quiet. Ethelbert, the guard, goes on losing at chess, whilst Maud is full of enthusiasm for her road safety classes.

But Septimus finds a way of getting back, with the help of an evil object that has come into his hands, an object endowed with fearsome powers: THE MAGIC CUBE.

Now, the inhabitants of Dragon Hill and the whole world are facing a major threat. The little dragon Elfy and his friend Kevin are launched on a new series of fantastic adventures.
